Service Description
Our Nautilus Hot/Cold Spa offers controlled temperature therapy to help reduce inflammation, ease soreness, and speed recovery. With alternating hot and cold cycles, this system increases circulation, supports joint health, and keeps your horse feeling fresh and comfortable—whether they’re in rehab, heavy work, or just needing extra care.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective Date: November 1, 2025 These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all boarding, mare care, therapy, and related equine services provided by LR Equine LLC (“LR Equine,” “we,” or “our”). By boarding a horse or requesting services, the owner (“Client” or “Owner”) agrees to the terms below. 1. GENERAL CARE & BOARDING LR Equine provides customary care including stall cleaning, feeding, turnout (if applicable), and access to water. Owner acknowledges that horses respond differently to new environments and no behavioral outcomes are guaranteed. LR Equine may relocate horses or adjust stall assignments as needed for safety or facility management. 2. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS Owner must provide proof of current vaccinations, negative Coggins (within 12 months), and an appropriate deworming schedule. LR Equine may refuse service to horses showing signs of contagious illness, parasites, or dangerous behavior. If a horse becomes ill or injured, LR Equine will attempt to contact Owner; if unreachable, LR Equine may secure veterinary care at Owner’s expense. 3. RISK & LIABILITY Owner understands that equine activities involve inherent risks under the Texas Equine Activity Liability Act (Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code §87.001–§87.006). LR Equine is not liable for injury, sickness, escape, or death of a horse except in cases of proven gross negligence. Owner releases LR Equine, its owners, and employees from all claims arising from boarding or services. 4. THERAPY & CONDITIONING SERVICES Therapies such as the Aqua-Tred, Nautilus hot/cold spa, EquiVibe, lead walking, panel walking, and conditioning programs include physical exertion and may not be suitable for all horses. Only LR Equine staff may operate equipment. No performance, fitness, or rehabilitation results are guaranteed. Owner is responsible for issues arising from undisclosed injuries or medical conditions. 5. MARE CARE LR Equine provides care as outlined in the selected mare-care package. LR Equine is not responsible for complications during pregnancy, foaling, or postpartum recovery. Veterinary involvement during foaling is at staff discretion and billed to Owner. 6. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION Boarding fees are due prior to arrival unless otherwise approved. Therapy, spa, and add-on services are billed at time of service. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services. Cancellations and no-shows follow LR Equine’s posted policy.
